Here is one of my family's favorite grilled meals. I serve up some potato salad along with this and sometimes we pull the pork off the skewers and serve inside pocket/pita bread. Hope you enjoy!

The flavor of the marinade is what makes this recipe special. The meat was just so tender and moist. We grilled our pork which even added to the flavor. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

How to Make Grilled Pork Kabobs

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients for marinade in a large bowl.
  2. Add pork. Marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight is best.
  3. Put meat on skewers and barbecue or bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, basting often with marinade.
(We like to do ours on the grill, grilling it slowly and basting with marinade.)
