I love grilling meats in the summer time, or in the winter time for that matter. These are so simple and taste really good.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pork loin chops
  • - juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 4+ cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 teaspoon crushed thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make grilled pork chops

  • Step 1
    Place pork chops into zip lock bag.
  • Step 2
    Add garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Step 3
    Mix together herbs, spices and salt together in a small dish. Pour over pork chops.
  • Step 4
    Press out excess air and seal bag completely.
  • Step 5
    Turn and massage spices and liquids into pork until well coated.
  • Step 6
    Marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
  • Step 7
    Heat grill to medium high heat. Grill Pork 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness or until cooked through.
