Ingredients
- 6-8 pork loin chops
- - juice from 1/2 lemon
- 4+ cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika, sweet mild
- 1 teaspoon crushed thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make grilled pork chops

Step 1Place pork chops into zip lock bag.

Step 2Add garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Step 3Mix together herbs, spices and salt together in a small dish. Pour over pork chops.

Step 4Press out excess air and seal bag completely.

Step 5Turn and massage spices and liquids into pork until well coated.

Step 6Marinate in refrigerator for several hours.

Step 7Heat grill to medium high heat. Grill Pork 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness or until cooked through.
