green beans and country ham sammich

Ingredients
- 8 ounces country ham, soaked for 30 minutes
- 1/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 - whole wheat refrigerated biscuits
- 4 slices sugardale ready bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons orange fig spread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg cracked
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs seasoned with italian seasoning, crushed red pepper and garlic powder
- 1/2 cup evoo
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons paprika, sweet mild
- - double up on everything for 8 biscuits

Step 1gather all ingredients

Step 2in a small bowl, combine the last 3 ingredients. place biscuits on a cookie sheet. brush the tops of all biscuits with the mixture. preheat oven to 350 degrees. cook biscuits according to package or until golden brown

Step 3preheat fryer to 350 degrees. fry green beans for 3 minutes or until golden brown. remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.

Step 4in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, ornage fig spread and bacon

Step 5in a large heated frying pan add 3/4 cup of water and ham. cook 6-8 minutes until water has evaported turning ham once

Step 6Build it and they will come: slice biscuits. spread cream cheese mixture on both sides of the bread. add ham and green beans. enjoy!
