Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    ginger ale
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 2
    fully cooked ham slices, 1/2-inches thick

How To Make

  • 1
    In a skillet combine brown sugar, mustard, ginger ale and vinegar. Bring to a boil over low heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Add ham slices and heat through. Makes 2 servings.
