  • - my rib rub
  • 8 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coco
  • 2 TABLESPOON OF MOLASSES POWDER
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon jalapenos powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER PUT IN BAG WITH RIBS TOSS MEAT COATING WELL. REFRIGERATE FOR 24 HOURS
  • BRAISING LIQUID
  • 2 cups red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 4 tablespoons your favorite barbeque sauce

How To Make finger licken barbeque ribs

  • Step 1
    Place ribs in heavey duty foil. Then fold ends over and crimp all edges so nothing can escape.
  • Step 2
    Place on one side of the grill without flame. indirect cooking. cook for 3 hours on a lowest flame setting. after 3 hour place ribs on direct med to hot flame , baste the top,turn baste again.
  • Step 3
    Cook until there is a little char on each side baste again . enjoy your finger licken Gooooood ribs.
