- 8 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coco
- 2 TABLESPOON OF MOLASSES POWDER
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon jalapenos powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER PUT IN BAG WITH RIBS TOSS MEAT COATING WELL. REFRIGERATE FOR 24 HOURS
- BRAISING LIQUID
- 2 cups red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 4 tablespoons your favorite barbeque sauce
How To Make finger licken barbeque ribs

Step 1Place ribs in heavey duty foil. Then fold ends over and crimp all edges so nothing can escape.

Step 2Place on one side of the grill without flame. indirect cooking. cook for 3 hours on a lowest flame setting. after 3 hour place ribs on direct med to hot flame , baste the top,turn baste again.

Step 3Cook until there is a little char on each side baste again . enjoy your finger licken Gooooood ribs.
