How to Make Farm House Fried Ham
- Cut ham steak (or ham that has been sliced between 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick) into 2 to 3 pieces.
- Heat a large skillet that has been drizzled with olive oil on medium heat till hot.
- Dredge each ham slice in milk and then in flour, coating both sides.
- Fry until golden brown then turn to other side and fry till golden brown. You may have to drizzle more olive oil in the skillet when you turn the ham.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
