SLOW COOKER for an Easy Saturday night dinner after all those errands! Use large dense buns and serve with a vinegar based coleslaw. And lots of napkins. We usually make it a little spicier as we like the heat.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces green chillis chopped
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 large onion. thin sliced
- 1/3 cup chilli powder
- 11/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon mexican oregano (better)
- 21/2 pounds boneless pork loin
How To Make elly's pulled pork

Step 1Combine and mix all ingredients except pork loin in a 3 quart slow cooker.

Step 2Add pork loin

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 8 hours-------depending on your cooker.

Step 4Remove pork and pull apart with 2 forks. Meat should be really tender. Return to cooker and heat . Or Leave as is and add the following pulled pork sauce.
