Ingredients For easy tomato sauce pork chops

    center cut pork loin chops, trimmed
  • 1
    onion, sliced thin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    lower-sodium beef broth
  • 1
    10.75 oz can condensed tomato soup

How To Make easy tomato sauce pork chops

    Heat oven to 375. Spray a casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray.

    Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Place skillet over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Place chops in casserole dish.

    Cover chops w/ onions. In bowl, whisk together broth and soup. Pour soup mix over chops. Bake 30-45 mins. Check the chops at 30 mins.
