easy ham stir
I wanted to create something quick and easy using the ham in the freezer that was left over from the holidays. I was scanning in the kitchen for ingredients when inspiration hit me. I was delightfully surprised with the outcome of this savory dish and decided to name it, "Ham Stir". My husband and nephew came through the front door salivating over the aroma's filtering outside and asked what was cooking. I said, "Ham Stir." A look of horror came across my nephew's face as he exclaimed loudly, "I'm not eating any Hamster, those are supposed to be pets!" My husband and I had a great laugh.
