1Cook pasta as directed, reserving 1/4 cup water, drain, return to pot. In lg skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until almost crisp.
2Add scallions and tomatoes, saute about 3 mins. Using a slotted spoon, Spoon out bacon, place in a small bowl.
3Add cream cheese and 1/2 the reserved water to pasta in pot. Toss until cheese is melted. Add 3/4 of the bacon along with the tomato mix, toss thoroughly. If sauce is too thick, add more reserved water. Season w/ salt and pepper. Spoon onto 4 plates. Top each w/ remaining bacon and tomato mix.
