Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg
    refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 6 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 lb
    sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 c
    (8 oz.) shredded swiss cheese

How to Make EASY BACON QUICHE

Step-by-Step

  1. Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry; trim and crimp edges. Set aside.
  2. In a small skillet, saute green onions in butter until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, cream and apple juice together. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, salt, pepper and green onions. Pour into pastry; sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
