4boneless pork chops
2 Tbspdijon mustard
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 cbread crumbs, seasoned
How to Make Dijon Pork Chops
- Trim all visible fat from chops
- In a pie plate mix mustard & lemon juice.
Place the bread crumbs in 2nd pie plate (for easier clean-up line the pie plate w/wax paper 1st!)
- Coat each chop first in the mustard/lemon juice mixture & then coat with the bread crumbs.
- Place the breaded pork chops on a baking sheet (I line the sheet w/aluminum foil -- again for easier clean-up!)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, turning them about 1/2 way thru the cooking time.
