These chops are Tender... with a capital "T"! The delectable marinade offers up so much flavor that we can't wait to try it on other meats as well. (We think it will be great on chicken!)

Ingredients

  • 6 - center cut boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make cumin grilled pork chops

  • Step 1
    Place the pork chops flat in a casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Mix the remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Step 3
    Puncture the pork chops all over with a fork. Pour the marinade on top of the chops, then refrigerate 4-6 hours, flipping them over halfway through. Remove from the fridge one hour before grilling.
  • Step 4
    Grill over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Spoon some marinade over the pork while it cooks. Discard the marinade when finished cooking.
