13.5 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspdried rosemary
1/2 tspdried thyme
1/4 tspground allspice
1 jar(s)8-oz. jar apricot preserves (sugar free if you prefer)
2 Tbspdry sherry (not cooking wine)
How to Make Crockpot Pork Roast w/ Sherry-Apricot Basting Sauc
- Dry thoroughly the pork loin roast and place it in the crockpot.
- Rub all herbs and dry ingredients over the roast and then drizzle the oil over the pork roast.
- Cook 8 hours on Low heat only. During the last 30 minutes of cooking time, spoon over the apricot/sherry mixture. Serve the roasted pork with the pan drippings.
