Originally, I cooked this in the oven, but after trying it in the crock pot that is the only way I cook this now. The meat just falls apart. My family loves it.

cream of mushroom soup
6 large
potatoes, peeled and cut in to pieces
1/2 large
onion, cut up
2 can(s)
salt & pepper
seasoning salt

How to Make Crock Pot Pork Chops & Potatoes


  • 1Season Pork Chops with Seasoning Salt, Garlic, Salt & Pepper. Put in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • 2Peel and cut up the potatoes. Place these on top of the Pork Chops. cut your onion up and put these on top of the potatoes.
  • 3Mix the 2 cans of Cream Of Mushroom Soup with 2 cans of water. Pour this over your potatoes and pork chops.
  • 4Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
