Creamy Sausage Caprese atop Vegetable Pasta

Tiffany Bannworth

Traditional Caprese combines the lush, fresh tastes of Capri which always include Mozzarella, Fresh Tomato, and Fresh Basil. Even though caprese points to goat mozzarella, true caprese uses buffalo mozzarella.

Enjoy a classic with the addition of creamy mushrooms and spicy Italian sausage.
