I come cross this dish thru some of my old cookbook. This is great go to recipes when you need something quick and full feeling.

Ingredients

  • 6 - pork chops, boneless
  • 24 ounces package of hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 can onion rings

How To Make creamy hash brown pork chop casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown pork chops.
  • Step 2
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onion rings. Spoon into casserole dish and top with pork chops.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350, covered for 40 minutes. Top with rest of onion rings and cheese, bake, uncovered for 5 minutes.
