1 lbfettuccine noodles
1 pkg(12 oz.) johnsonville four cheese italian sausage links, sliced into coins
1 Tbspolive oil
1 cfrozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 cclassico light alfredo sauce
1/2 cchicken stock
1/3 cparmesan cheese blend, grated
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make CREAMY FETTUCCINE WITH FOUR CHEESE SAUSAGE
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions; drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a ten-inch skillet. When hot, add and brown the sausage. Stir in the vegetables, the light Alfredo sauce, and the chicken stock. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
