    boneless pork shoulder, whole
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make Cranberry Pork Shoulder (Slow Cooker)

Step-by-Step

  1. Coat the crock of a 5-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Salt and pepper the roast and place in slow cooker.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
  4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
