cranberry pork loin roast
Years ago my friend would make a cranberry pork roast out of pork butt. WAY too many ingredients for me to remember! So I made this one up. My family devoured it!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 pounds pork loin roast (i use the small one from costco)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 - orange rind, grated
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 can cranberry sauce
How To Make cranberry pork loin roast

Step 1Heat vegetable oil in a chef's pan

Step 2Add pork roast. While browning, add the garlic, onion powder, pumpkin pie spice and orange rind.

Step 3After one side is browned (about 5 minutes), turn over and add onion.

Step 4When both sides are brown, put in slow cooker and add cranberry juice and cranberry sauce. Cook 4 hours on High or 8 hours on Low.

Step 5After it's cooked, save the juice to make cranberry gravy.
