Ingredients
- 6 loin pork chops
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cornflakes (crushed into crumbs)
- salt & pepper
How To Make cornflake baked pork chops

Step 1Trim excessive fat from pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Beat egg in a shallow dish, then stir in milk.

Step 2Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture, then press into the cornflake crumbs (on both sides). Place cornflake-coated pork chops on a shallow pan, coated with vegetable spray.

Step 3Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, then turn over the pork chops and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done.
