Ingredients
- MEATS
- 3-5 pounds pork roast
- PRODUCE
- 1 medium onion
- 4-6 stalks celery
- 4-6 medium carrots
- 1 & 1/2 cups mushrooms
- 4-6 medium potatoes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- SEASONINGS, SAUCES, OILS
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 &1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make comforting pot roast

Step 1Start by putting your slow cooker/crock pot on high setting (or slow if you wish for it to cook for a longer amount of time) and add the olive oil to pot.

Step 2Place pork roast in pot.

Step 3Wash all veggies. Cut celery, carrots, potatoes, onions and mushrooms into bite size pieces (or smaller/larger if you wish)

Step 4Add garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, onion soup mix and worcestershire sauce over meat.

Step 5Add all cut up veggies over the meat and seasonings.

Step 6Pour beef broth over top of everything in pot.

Step 7Place lid on pot and cook for at least 5 hours on high.
