3 Tbsp
oil
1 c
celery, chopped
1
orange, (thinly sliced
2 c
cranberries, chopped
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Colonial Dinner

Step-by-Step

  • 11. Saute pork chops in oil until browned. Remove from saucepan and saute celery and orange slices for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 22. Return pork chops to saucepan, top with cranberries, sugars and salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Turn pork chops and continue to simmer an additional 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
