Ingredients
- 6 - boneless pork loin chops
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1-1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1-1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
How To Make cider glazed prok chops

Step 1Season chops w/ salt and pepper. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides, remove chops from skillet, place on a plate.

Step 2Place butter in skillet to melt, stir in garlic, cook 1 min. Pour in the vinegar, scraping the bits from bottom of pan. Add cider and mustard. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in rosemary and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Put chops back into pan and cook about 5 mins.
