Oh so good pork chops w/ a cider glaze. Goes perfect w/ sauteed aplles and cabbage!

boneless pork loin chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
canola oil
1 Tbsp
1-1/2 tsp
minced garlic
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
2 c
apple cider
1-1/2 tsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
dried rosemary
1 pinch
red pepper flakes

How to Make Cider glazed prok chops


  • 1Season chops w/ salt and pepper. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides, remove chops from skillet, place on a plate.
  • 2Place butter in skillet to melt, stir in garlic, cook 1 min. Pour in the vinegar, scraping the bits from bottom of pan. Add cider and mustard. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in rosemary and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Put chops back into pan and cook about 5 mins.
