Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork, cubed
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushrooms soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup long grain rice
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce

Step 1Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add green pepper, onion, celery, saute until onion is transparevt. Mix all ingtredients, place in casserole dish, and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Makes 4-6 servings
