Ingredients For chinese pork casserole

    pork, cubed
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 2 sm
    onions, chopped
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 can
    water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 can
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of mushrooms soup
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    long grain rice
  • 4 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How To Make chinese pork casserole

  • 1
    Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add green pepper, onion, celery, saute until onion is transparevt. Mix all ingtredients, place in casserole dish, and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Makes 4-6 servings
