Ingredients
- 6 - pork rib chops, trimmed of fat, 3/4"-thick
- 1 - 15 oz can mexican-style chili beans
- 1-1/4 cup bottled favorite salsa
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 2 cups hot cooked instant rice.
How To Make chili-style slow-cooked pork chops

Step 1Place chops in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Add chili beans and salsa. Cover, cook on high for 2-1/2 hrs. Stir in corn. Cover, cook 30 mins. Serve over hot cooked rice.
