    pork rib chops, trimmed of fat, 3/4"-thick
  • 1
    15 oz can mexican-style chili beans
  • 1-1/4 c
    bottled favorite salsa
  • 1 c
    frozen corn kernels
  • 2 c
    hot cooked instant rice.

How To Make chili-style slow-cooked pork chops

  • 1
    Place chops in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Add chili beans and salsa. Cover, cook on high for 2-1/2 hrs. Stir in corn. Cover, cook 30 mins. Serve over hot cooked rice.
