Chili Pit Chili

4slices smoked bacon

2 lblean pork ,cut in to cubes

1 1/2 cchopped onion

2 largecloves garlic,minced

1 Tbspchili powder

1 tspdried oregano

1/4 tspground cumin

1 qtchicken stock

2 can(s)14 1/2 oz hominy drained

3 tsppaprika hot or mild

2 can(s)corn kernels ,drained [10] oz
How to Make Chili Pit Chili
- In a frying pan over med heat fry bacon until crisp ,remove bacon pour off all but 2 to 3 Tbsp bacon fat.Add pork .Cook and stir till brown.Add onions and garlic cook and stir till onions are tender .
- Put pork and bacon mixture in slow cooker Crumble bacon and add chili powder ,oregano,paprika ,cumin,chicken stock,drained hominy cook on low 8 to 10 hours .Last hour add corn.
