Cavatelli and pink sauce
1lb chicken hot sausage If links remove and chop as it cooks. two cloves garlic, 1long hot pepper, 1 can crushed tomatoes Big can, 2 ctns small light creams
Brown sausage loose no casings.
chop garlic and pepper fine
put in with sausage and let cook till soft.
after it gets hot add cream and let it mix in.
Let simmer very low
Cook Cavatelli and add to sause mix.
Serve and enjoy. MMM Very good and easy to make.
