1combine all ingredients, except the pork, in slow cooker and mix well
2place the pork in the cooker
3set cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
4when done, it should almost fall apart. Take the pork out of the cooker and shred it in a separate bowl. If there are any larger pieces of fat, you can get rid of them or mix them back in with the pork. put the pork back in the cooker to soak up the juices, serve warm. Enjoy!
