Ingredients
- 4 - loin pork chops, 1 1/4 inches thick
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/8 teaspoon dried trragon
How To Make broiled dijon pork chops

Step 1Place the chops on a rack in a broiler pan ( or on a charcoal grill ) so the meat's surface is 4 to 5 inches from the heat. Broil at medium temperature for 10 minutes, turn and broil for another 10 minutes.

Step 2Brush the chops with a mixture of the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, chives, and tarragon, and broil for 5 minutes. Turn , brush the second side with the mustard mixture, and continue, turning every 5 minutes and brushing with the mixture, until the chops are tender.
