Ingredients
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups bourbon
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- - garlic powder, to taste
How To Make bourbon pork tenderloin

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 7 x 11" baking dish with aluminum foil then coat with cooking spray.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, bourbon, salt, pepper & vanilla; mix well & set aside.

Step 3Place pork tenderloin in baking dish; season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Spoon 1/2 of sugar mixture over pork & bake 25 minutes.

Step 4Remove tenderloin from oven & spoon remaining sugar mixture over it. Bake an additional 5 - 10 minutes for medium, or until desired doneness.

Step 5Cut into 3/4" slices & serve with sauce from pan.
