Bourbon Braised Pork Chops

How to Make Bourbon Braised Pork Chops
1Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
2Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; brown chops on both sides.
3Place an orange slice on top of each chop.
4Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and allspice in a small saucepan, gradually stir in water.
5Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
6Remove from heat; stir in orange juice, bourbon and raisins.
7Cover and reduce heat, simmer 1 hour.
