How to Make Bob W's Teriyaki Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. You will need a deep roasting pan. I used a large cast iron dutch oven over this fire. You can also make this in the oven..

In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients but pork chops..Mix well over low heat..Bring to almost a boil..
  2. Let cool. Then pour over pork chope that are in the roasting pan. let marinate for 4-6 hours. In the frige

Pre-heat oven to 350.Bake in the sauce till meat starts to shrink from the bone..About 2 hours
  3. Pour of half the juice so chops are 1/2 covered. Cook till chops are tender and caramelized about 30-45 min... I served these over cooked rice..
