Ingredients
- 20 Oz - soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon thyme, dried
- 12 - 1 1/2-inch thick pork chops
- 1/2 cup - teriyaki sauce

Step 1You will need a deep roasting pan. I used a large cast iron dutch oven over this fire. You can also make this in the oven.. In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients but pork chops..Mix well over low heat..Bring to almost a boil..

Step 2Let cool. Then pour over pork chope that are in the roasting pan. let marinate for 4-6 hours.In the frige Pre-heat oven to 350.Bake in the sauce till meat starts to shrink from the bone..About 2 hours

Step 3Pour of half the juice so chops are 1/2 covered. Cook till chops are tender and caramelized about 30-45 min... I served these over cooked rice..
