These take some time to make. But well worth it. Finger licking,fall off the bone good.

Ingredients

  • 2 - slabs of ribs,cut in 4th.
  • 1 gallon apple cider. (not juice).
  • 1 can crushed pineapple.(20oz)
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
  • FOR THE DRY RUB
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic power
  • 1 tablespoon oinon power
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme.
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne power.
  • WET MOP
  • 1 bottle your favorite bbq sauce.
  • SPICE RUB.
  • 4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons grund cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dryed thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

How To Make bob w's" finger lickin spair rib's

  • Step 1
    In a large stock pot Pour all liquids and wisk together.Remove the membrain from the back of the ribs.. Add spair ribs to the pot and cover. Place in the fridge four at least 8 hours. I let mine stay in for at least 12 hours. In a large mixing bowl add all dry seasonings . mix well and set a side.
  • Step 2
    After 8 to 12 hours remove ribs from pot.(Keep 3/4 cup of liquid),Pat dry. take dry rub and rub it into the ribs. (You can use eather dry rub listed. They are both very good rubs). Cover with cloth for 1/2 a hour. You will enought aluminum foil to make 2 buldles . Spray foil with cooking spray,take four ribs per package. You will be making a tent with the aluminum foil.lay ribs in a single layer on aluminum foil. add a little liquid per package.fold and seal aluminum bundles tightly...
  • Step 3
    Pre heat grill for med. heat.(abought 250-275).cook for 2 hours turning every 1/2 hour. On the last 1/2 hour. open bundles and wet mop with BBQ sauce. you are ready to eat. and lick your fingers.
