Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into chuncks
  • 3 - jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 1 - grren bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 - sweet onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup tabasco sauce
  • 1-10 ounce sweet and sour sauce
  • - skewers, optional
  • - crusted bread, such as, italian, baguette, or pita bread, optional

How To Make big ol' mess

  • Step 1
    Place sausage, peppers, and onion in heavy aluminum foil. You can also place items onto skewers randomly.
  • Step 2
    Mix hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl and pour over the mixture or over skewers. seal edges of alum. foil.
  • Step 3
    Place onto grill for 45 min, turning every 15 min. Or bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
  • Step 4
    Eat by itself, on skewer, or on a good crusted bread.
