Ingredients

1 lb
smoked sausage, cut into chuncks
3
jalapeno peppers, sliced
1
grren bell pepper, cut into chunks
1
sweet onion, cut into chunks
1/4 c
tabasco sauce
1-10 oz
sweet and sour sauce
skewers, optional
crusted bread, such as, italian, baguette, or pita bread, optional

Step-By-Step

1Place sausage, peppers, and onion in heavy aluminum foil. You can also place items onto skewers randomly.
2Mix hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl and pour over the mixture or over skewers. seal edges of alum. foil.
3Place onto grill for 45 min, turning every 15 min. Or bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
4Eat by itself, on skewer, or on a good crusted bread.
