- 2 cups italian bread crumbs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scramble eggs in a glass or tin pie plate and put the bread crumbs in another pie plate. One at a time, cover pork chops thoroughly in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs. Place evenly spaced on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour or until juices run clear. Makes 4-6 servings.
