I'm pretty sure I got this recipe online many years ago. It's very easy and with only a couple of ingredients you can't go wrong.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons oil
6 - pork chops, center cut
1 cup ketchup
1 cup cola, not diet

How To Make believe it or not pork chops

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2

Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Brown pork chops and place in baking dish.
Step 3

Mix ketchup and cola together and pour over chops. Cover baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, until chops are tender.
