Beef & Bacon great northern's
- 1 lb
- dry great northern beans
- 1 c
- diced bacon
- 1 medium
- diced onion
- 5 medium
- diced garlic cloves
- beef bullion granules
cover with water, making sure there's several inches of water over the ingredients
cook on high for the whole 8 hours
Serve in their juice with a slotted spoon as a side, or serve as a soup as well!
I use these 1 night for a side, refrigerate and use as a soup a couple nights later!
(this recipe can also be done with pinto beans)
