  • 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • - salt, to taste
  • 4 - boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

How To Make baked pecan-crusted pork chops

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Combine the pecans, black pepper and salt in a pie plate.
  • Step 3
    Beat eggs in a pie plate or cake pan.
  • Step 4
    Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.
  • Step 5
    Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 minutes, depending on thickeness of chops, or until done.
