- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 4 - boneless pork loin chops
- 2 large eggs, beaten
How To Make baked pecan-crusted pork chops

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Combine the pecans, black pepper and salt in a pie plate.

Step 3Beat eggs in a pie plate or cake pan.

Step 4Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.

Step 5Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 minutes, depending on thickeness of chops, or until done.
