How to Make Baked Pecan-crusted Pork Chops
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2Combine the pecans, black pepper and salt in a pie plate.
- 3Beat eggs in a pie plate or cake pan.
- 4Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.
- 5Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 minutes, depending on thickeness of chops, or until done.
