Had this for dinner yesterday with baked chicken my family loved it.

Ingredients

1 head of cabbage
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
3 hot chili pepper
1/2 pound kielbasa
1 cup chicken broth, low-salt
about 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
seasoning salt
garlic and onion powder
black pepper

How To Make baked cabbage with kielbasa

Step 1

In a large Pyrex dish layer chopped cabbage, onion, hot peppers, garlic and kielbasa. Drizzle the vinegar over the cabbage.

Step 2

Pour broth into bottom of dish, season with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3

Cover with foil. Bake on 400 degrees for 1 hour. Stir cabbage half way through.
