I love using pork when making special meals for my family. This meatloaf is another one of our favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 slices dried bread
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup mushrooms, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 pound bacon, uncooked
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon korean hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning

How To Make bacon wrapped pork meatloaf

  • Step 1
    In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients minus the bacon.
  • Step 2
    Place bacon slices in a baking dish leaving enough on each side to wrap around the meatloaf.
  • Step 3
    Place meatloaf mixture on top of bacon and level out evenly. fold bacon over the loaf mixture.
  • Step 4
    Bake on 325 for one hour
