Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 slices dried bread
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mushrooms, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 pound bacon, uncooked
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon korean hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning
How To Make bacon wrapped pork meatloaf

Step 1In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients minus the bacon.

Step 2Place bacon slices in a baking dish leaving enough on each side to wrap around the meatloaf.

Step 3Place meatloaf mixture on top of bacon and level out evenly. fold bacon over the loaf mixture.

Step 4Bake on 325 for one hour
