I love using pork when making special meals for my family. This meatloaf is another one of our favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 3 slice
    dried bread
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 lb
    bacon, uncooked
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    korean hot sauce
  • 1 tsp
    fajita seasoning

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Pork Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients minus the bacon.
  2. Place bacon slices in a baking dish leaving enough on each side to wrap around the meatloaf.
  3. Place meatloaf mixture on top of bacon and level out evenly. fold bacon over the loaf mixture.
  4. Bake on 325 for one hour
