How to Make Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake 15 minutes and then remove toothpicks. Turn over and bake another 15 minutes.
- Brush 1/2 of the BBQ sauce on the chops and broil until bacon starts to turn crisp (about 5 minutes). Turn over and brush with remaining BBQ sauce return to broiler and broil about 5 minutes.
- Note: if you use a broiler pan it lets all the greese from bacon drippings collect away from the meat.
