- 4 - pork loin chops, boneless, 3/4 in. thick
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 teaspoons butter, cold
- 1/2 - white onions, sliced
- 1 cup apple juice
How To Make autumn apple chops

Step 1Season flour with a little salt and pepper; lightly flour pork chops and brown on one side in butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2Turn chops; stir in onions and apple juice;bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Follow by a 3 minute rest time.
