Ingredients
- PLAN/PURCHASE
- 1 large boneless pork tenderloin, about 1-inch (2.5cm) thick
- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose variety
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil, divided
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- - salt, kosher variety, to taste
- - white pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Step 3Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

Step 4Add some salt and pepper to the flour, and place into a shallow dish.

Step 5Whisk the egg, and sesame oil with a bit of water, and place into another shallow dish.

Step 6Place the panko breadcrumbs into a third shallow dish, and mix with the additional teaspoon of sesame oil.

Step 7Cut the boneless pork tenderloin in half lengthwise.

Step 8Dip the pork into the flour, and thoroughly coat.

Step 9Shake off the excess flour, and then dip into the egg mixture.

Step 10Add to the panko, and thoroughly coat.

Step 11Add the pork to the basket of your air fryer.

Step 12Set the temp to 375f (190c), and cook until golden brown, about 6 – 8 minutes.

Step 13Turn the pork over, and cook for an addition 4 – 5 minutes.
