apple pork chops and rice
I made this last night for my husband and myself it was so good, not your traditional pork chops and rice.

Ingredients
- 2 - pork chops
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- - seasoning salt, i use adobo
- 1 - some onion slices/ rings
- 1 cup raw rice
How To Make apple pork chops and rice

Step 1Brown seasoned porkchops in butter.

Step 2Place rice in buttered casserole, I used 8x8. Sprinkle with woreceshershire sauce.

Step 3Mix soup, vegetable broth, wine, salt, and diced apples. Pour over rice.

Step 4Place pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes on a 350 degree oven.

Step 5Note: can be made with 4 pork chops and put in 9x13in. pan to serve 4 instead of two.
