Place rice in buttered casserole, I used 8x8. Sprinkle with woreceshershire sauce.
Mix soup, vegetable broth, wine, salt, and diced apples. Pour over rice.
Place pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes on a 350 degree oven.
Note: can be made with 4 pork chops and put in 9x13in. pan to serve 4 instead of two.
