Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pizza crust - thin or thick
- 1 jar green pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozarella cheese, shredded
- 1 4-oz pkg. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 1 can 3.5 oz. can pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced (can use kalamata olives)
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced and placed on paper towels to absorb excess moisture
- 1-2 cup fresh baby spinach, stems removed
- 1 teaspoon italian or greek seasoning, optional
How To Make vegetarian pizza supreme

Step 1Roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza stone. You can use a sheet tray sprinkled with a little cornmeal. Heat oven to 375-400 degrees.

Step 2Spread a layer of pesto sauce on the pizza dough and sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

Step 3Sprinkle artichoke hearts, olives and spinach over pizza. Add sliced tomatoes on top of spinach.

Step 4Sprinkle with Italian or Greek seasoning, if using. Add remaining parmesan cheese and feta cheese.

Step 5Bake according to dough instructions or until crust is lightly browned and toppings are bubbly.
