Ingredients
- 2-12.5 ounces canned chicken, drained
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, canned works best
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- to taste - salt and pepper
- varied - topping of choice. we used g. hughes sugar free bbq sauce for the base, thin sliced red onions and mushrooms to make "bbq chicken" pizza. add pepperoni, ham, green peppers or any toppings, cheese and sauce of your choosing..
How To Make low-carb chicken pizza crust

Step 1Mix ingredients in a bowl, then flatten mixture with a fork onto a parchment lined pan.

Step 2Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

Step 3Add toppings, then bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
