  • - **st. joseph's low carb pita bread
  • - **franks red hot wing sauce
  • - **mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • - **pickled banana pepper rings
  • - **fresh thin sliced jalapeno
  • - **halved cherry tomatoes, or diced tomatoes
  • - **red onion
  • - **sliced mushrooms, opt

How To Make fiesta mini pizza - reduced carb

  • Step 1
    Spray bottle of pita bread with spray oil and place bottom side down on baking sheet. Drizzle generously or lightly with Franks red hot wing sauce.
  • Step 2
    Top with grated Mozzarella, pickled sweet banana pepper rings, fresh thinly sliced jalapeno, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion and sliced mushroom (opt)
  • Step 3
    Add a little more cheese on top and a little drizzle of hot sauce if desired.
  • Step 4
    Bake 400º for about 7-8 min. Place under low heat broiler for about 1-2 min.
