- - **franks red hot wing sauce
- - **mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- - **pickled banana pepper rings
- - **fresh thin sliced jalapeno
- - **halved cherry tomatoes, or diced tomatoes
- - **red onion
- - **sliced mushrooms, opt
How To Make fiesta mini pizza - reduced carb

Step 1Spray bottle of pita bread with spray oil and place bottom side down on baking sheet. Drizzle generously or lightly with Franks red hot wing sauce.

Step 2Top with grated Mozzarella, pickled sweet banana pepper rings, fresh thinly sliced jalapeno, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion and sliced mushroom (opt)

Step 3Add a little more cheese on top and a little drizzle of hot sauce if desired.

Step 4Bake 400º for about 7-8 min. Place under low heat broiler for about 1-2 min.
