Although this still does not curb my appetite for real pizza... still makes a very healthy substitute!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder (or less but we really like garlic)
How To Make fathead pizza crust (low carb)

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 Degrees

Step 2Combined Cheese, Microwave for 45 Seconds, Stir, Microwave for another 45 Seconds. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3Stir in beaten eggs, Garlic and Coconut Flour. Knead until dough forms.

Step 4Roll out, poke with fork.

Step 5Bake 6 Minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6Top with what you like and bake until Cheese melted (Picture is topped with Sugar Free Pasta Sauce, Fresh Spinach & Mozzarella Cheese)
