cheese pizza crust
This pizza crust is great whether you are on keto or not. it is one of the recipes I made while on keto that my husband still requests. I find that using this crust as breadsticks it competes with a chain that claims their bread is crazy... IYKYK.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzaerlla cheese
- 1/2 cup grated of shredded parmesean
How To Make cheese pizza crust

Step 1Preheat Oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients. Here you can add dried rosemary, minced garlic, and/or onion powder to your liking. I like the dried rosemary and dried minced garlic combo. Stir to combine.

Step 2Place on either parchment or silpat in desired shape. 1 large circle for shared pizza or four small circles for individual

Step 3Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top as desired (I.E. sauce, pepperoni, sausage, veggies, more mozzarella or provolone). Bake again until toppings reach desired doneness. Usually 8 minutes or so.

Step 4Slice and serve!

Step 5**I sometimes just brush with butter and cut into breadstick shape after first bake. Then we dip in pizza sauce and enjoy!
